Shipping Policy
Returns Policy
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once the goods have been received you will be entitled to an exchange or refund, which will not include the original cost of postage and packing. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to be have been worn, washed or are not in the same condition as originally sent.
UK and International Returns
For all returns please email .................... where by you will be given a returns form and instruction of how to return your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on orders, although free shipping is available.
Returns Terms and Guidelines

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

We advise all parcels are sent with a trackable, insured service.

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges.

UK Deliveries
All our UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed service. A confirmation email and tracking number will be provided for all orders. We aim to deliver packages within 3-5 business days following an email confirmation (excluding Sundays).
We offer free shipping on all order over £65 within the UK
EU& International Deliveries
All EU & International parcel are shipped via Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' service. We endeavour to have all shipments between 5-10 business days (duties may apply).

We will notify you by email when your goods have been dispatched. The tracking number provided will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of goods. If goods haven't been received within 14 working days , please notify us as soon as possible.
All Denzil Mapfumo online orders are dispatched and packaged from our studio in Portsmouth. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped, if the goods are available and not on pre-order (holidays & weekends excluded). Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to process during Holidays.
